Song IL Kook and his triplets

I always fantasize about having triplets because i love number 3 so much. I always thought it would be cool to have another family to share that special bond. However watching the new family on Superman Return made me think otherwise.

Daehan, Minguk and Manse are the adorable triplets of Song IL Kook. Thankfully they are fraternal because identical is difficult to differentiate on screen. I still can't differentiate Shoo's twin. A little trivia on the triplets' name, it means Long Live Korea in Korean. So it's easy to know which is the eldest to youngest.

I remembered reading the news of Song IL Kook having triplets and I also remembered him on Qualification of Men trialthon special but I never thought he would do this show because I thought he is a private person. Knowing his wife is a judge surprised me more. Nevertheless I am glad he did this show. Have yet to see the wife on screen but I don't mind if she doesn't because more screen time for the triplets!

Looking after three kids is no easy fit and I really want to give IL Kook a hug after the show. Lol. He discipline his kids well and overall the kids are well mannered. He gives the best reactions all the time.

UPDATE : I noticed that this post still get views after a year I posted and I thought I should update by saying that the triplets are leaving the show. They have their last recording last week and that probably means there won't be any new episode next year. It's been a good ride, I'll miss the kids but it is time for them to be normal yet again. I hope Song Il Kook will continue acting and let's pray the triplets will grow up to be kind and healthy adults.

I'm hating Sistar Touch My Body

I have no idea how is this song NOT being banned. It is clearly said "Touch my body" and that is all good clean fun? Um nope, I won't let anyone who isn't my husband to feel free to touch my body.

I think what annoys me about the song is the annoying trumpet sound and it repeats over and over. Perhaps if the song had less of that, I would probably enjoyed the song better. I think it's a shame that they don't utilize SoYou and HyoLyn voices. Arghh.

Bora, as much as I love her personality.. Loved her in Invisible Youth.. She cannot sing or rap just yet. There's some hope and I really wish her to practice more. Dasom voice color has been pretty bland.. I don't know if she is overshadowed but I think like Bora, she needs more practice and find her own voice.

Sistar is all about summer song and that's good but sometimes these fast paced song does nothing good for their talent.

I'm loving JYJ Back Seat

This song made me feel older,,,I still remember the Balloon days where they would be wearing those fluffy animal costumes. What a 180 degree difference to this downright sexy concept.

Yoochun, as you might know is my ultimate bias and yes, I am shamelessly loving his narration! It's just perfectly cheesy. Haha i don't really know his current state of English but his pronounciation seems good. The song matched JaeJoong so much, he looks amazing in the MV and his voice is just as good as I remembered. As for Junsu, there is no argument about his vocal being the best..thought it is a bit awkward for me to see him sexy. He is hot but his aegyo (cute) image is still strong in my mind.. That this song feels wrong. Lol

This song was banned by KBS, and I thought it's fitting because when it comes to a song titled Back Seat with a sexy rhythm,.you know where is this going right? That's right, back seat. LOL. However I am just as sad that we may never see this on public broadcast...oh it's been too long! Let them perform and show them rookies how it is done!

More over it is DBSK 10 years anniversary. Let's forget the drama, and I would so be happy to see 5 of them on 1 stage.

Rated 19 i'm loving San.E Body Language featuring Bumkey

Is it getting hotter here or what? Nevermind if you're not living in a 4 seasons country because the songs in KPop will remind you what the weather is like in Korea. With summer in place it seems like the song getting hotter and I'm actually liking Body Language more than I should.

It's a fun song to listen to, San.E is a great rapper and Bumkey's vocal is self explanatory awesome. Make no mistake that this song is about making love and it is straight forward like that.

While i love the song, this isn't a song I would listen publicly. Haha. I do think the lyrics and rhythm serves its purpose but it does make me blush. Lol Despite the theme of the song, it is a good track that can make you sing or dance along to.

I'm hating Red Velvet Happiness

Oh my goodness. It always have been difficult for me to write "I'm hating" post because here in my blog I would like to be all about LOVE but this post has to be written.

I have been a fan of SM Town since the beginning of my Kpop fandom in 2006. I loved so many debuts from SM and I learn names so fast. SM always have that power on me. I always seem to memorize members name faster compare to other group of other company.

If I could.. I just want to forget about Red Velvet. Like first of all.. Food names should be reserved to pets. No groups should have food as their names. (Yes, I am looking at ya H.A.M. and B.A.P.)

I don't even know what is the concept for Red Velvet.. Cheerleader or just plain bizarre mess. Whatever it is, it's not working for me. The song is messy and not one bit I can love about it.

This doesn't feel like SM produced. In fact I refuse to acknowledge them. For a small group, it has to have quality. While SM is known to focus more on face/image.. as a fan, I know better than SM has more talents than other company. Red Velvet has neither face or talent in Happiness.

The hair is blaah. What happen to them? I always thought SM artiste has the best hair. The song does nothing for their talents. This song is like created to cover your vocal flaws..in the most terrible way. Choreography easily forgetable, which makes me even madder.

Scratch this whole thing and start rethink about how to market them. I beg you dear SM producers. This is not how we do idols. I'm so sad and mad.. I don't even feel bad for hating this whole Red Velvet.

I'm loving Nu'est Goodbye Bye

NU'EST is one group I want to achieve success because they do have good chemistry with each other and given good songs, they should already achieve No.1.

Goodbye bye ( Honestly, the title should be Goodbye Baby..) is a good kpop track so I'm puzzled why the lack of attention. Perhaps Summer season, this song is better suited for Autumn/winter.

In midst of lot's of generic kpop songs, this song sounds different with a slight ballad feel to it. I really the chorus, it keeps on repeating in my head. I didn't mind the heavy synth sound either. It sound strangely good..coming from someone who hates it.

I think Nu'est should sing more mellow songs because their vocals shine best in sad songs.

G.O.D. is back!

The return of g.o.d. is highly anticipate as they are one of the 1st generation idols that made kpop what it is today. You can't have Kpop without idols.

I'm so happy to see Son Ho Young got back on his feet after his tragedy. Smiling Angel voice is my favorite and he sound great as usual. He looks better than ever.

While I have watched old videos, seeing Joon and Yoon Kye Sang was a lil weird. The other 3 members are active in music and varieties so I do see them often. I haven't seen much of Joon and Yoon Kye Sang works.

I wasn't part of 1st generation craze but I can relate to Sky Blue Promise, as I wish to see SuJu like that in the future. The song got me all that feels. I think any Kpop fan can relate to the song. It's funny but touching nevertheless.

Saturday Night was super fun and reminded me of Psy. If you can make fun of yourself, you are cool in my eyes. I love how the go all out and not be ashamed of their hilarious past fashion. I would like them to stick with their day jobs, singer or actors. Lol

In a more serious note, The Story of Our Lives shows that g.o.d. still cares for music with message. One of my favorite track of the album and Megan Lee's part was a nice addition. Now go hug your family after the song. As cheesy as this sound, family do comes first.

As a kpop fan, our goal is have our favorite idols to stay connected. This gives me hope for my current bias.

I'm loving Block B H.E.R.

I'm a fan of Korean Hip Hop but not so much in idol world. It's just feel a lot more different.

Despite Zico being named as one of the top rappers in Korea, I haven't been really loving his songs. I have liked some of it but none stuck in my head. As for H.E.R. I enjoyed this single a lot more. The addicting electric guitar riff and the fast past chorus just stuck like a glue.

I didn't appreciate the "Jesus" in the lyrics as I'm religious. Using God's name in vain is a big NO for me but as I got past it, the song is fun like the members of Block B. With Block B unique voices, it adds more in the fun factor.

The song does fit Block B fun personality however I would like to see a sensitive side of Block B for the next single. I think it would be a dream to have B.A.P. and Block B to interchange music. Bang Yong Guk has that anger sadness in his music and Zico is all crazy fun. I think it would be cool to see Block B showing their soft emotions and for B.A.P. to go all out crazy.

I hope to see Block B grow more popularity after their scandals. It would be ashamed to not have them doing what they do best.

Koreamie~!

Hello! It's end of May and this my first post of the year. *nervous laugh It's okay..because nobody read this blog right? haha. ...
