This post is indeed about me. I just need to do self evaluation about myself on this blog for a bit and I noticed I write less and it's not good. What happen to me, who write a lot?!

I noticed my MPV Reviews are boring. I keep on repeating the same term. I can't be more creative with my words. Probably it's just for a while right? I'm just trying hard to write 100 post so the quality has gone right? This is bad.

I love writing and I should be good at it. I noticed my writing style changed over the months...I do hope it's for the better. I once checked on my private blog and it's filled with annoying post..have I ever been annoying to you? If I have, I'm sorry and thanks for sticking with me.

I don't want to talk about Kpopped yet because the result isn't in yet. I would definitely blog about it as soon they posted or replied it. May the best gets it.

Random Talk : Ugly side of kpop

Yeah, My favorite post is back! It's actually really hard to do this post because I'm running out of ideas to randomly talk about.

This time I'll be talking about the ugly side of Kpop. What could that be for someone who loves Kpop too much?

THE FANS

I could have pick Plastic surgery, younger Kpop idols or their too much information on TV..but I pick the fans...am I referring to myself? Maybe.

I'm going to generalize as fans referring to the bad fans as I know not all fans are like this. So bear in mind I am not talking about any specific groups or person.

I think Kpop fans are beyond amazing, I'm often speechless whenever I read an article that is related to fans observation. Spotting possible plastic surgery is normal because even I can! Getting old picture is lame, because it's easily obtain..but have you heard that a fan has pictures of the idol underage drinking? I'm not saying they got it from press, they are the ones who release it themselves when 2PM issue broke out and the fans used it as a threat to the company.

You really don't want to mess with the fans, they are capable of doing anything! SuJu's fan bought shares of their company to protest additional member into the group. Some weird fans write letters with blood to show their love. Eww.

When I first got into loving Kpop fandom, I was shocked to read fans giving death threats and how scary their "present" are. Choi Jin Sil was unfortunate because fans blame her for Ahn Jae Hwan suicide and she end up killing herself. Words killed her, RIP Choi Jin Sil. YunHo also received a poison drink from a crazy fan few years back and thankfully he recovered..This is how crazy fans can be.

I'm anti 2PM..sorry if my readers are Hottest but I just can't returned to like them. I'm just avoiding listening and looking at them but there are worse fans. When the news broke out that JaeBeom is officially won't be returning to 2PM, the fans rip their 1.59PM album into pieces and some return their albums to JYP building.

What I dislike the most about fans is fan war. I first know it through Dream Concert 2008, where fans are fighting against each other. I don't get it why the fans had to do it, I don't participate in it because I like both groups. Some fans had to say their idols are better than other idols. Can we all just get along?

Dream Concert 2008 is brutal..search it up if you're interested..

Although without the fans, there won't be idols up on the stage..I just hope they were less crazy.

Yes, I named myself as Yoo Mie. Yoo Chun + Mie get it? LOL I just don't want to use MimieJay. It's brand new so it's pretty empty but I am not exactly new to FB so do expect more.

Hopefully I will get inspiration to blog.. I'm currently just feeling boring this month..excited for the newbies but I do miss DBSK and Big Bang! Bring Back 2008!! >_<
T.O.P. and Daesung to release solo single this year, I'm not happy with that because I love Big Bang as a whole not solo.. SuJu said to released 4th album, so not cool..with Hankyung situation unclear! I don't know what I want anymore. :(

Random Talk : Something different

Yes, I am yet to write a MPV post on ZE:A and C.N.Blue but I have to wait for their debut performance first before doing so. Be patient as I have not check it out myself as well.

In this post, I would like to share some of the not-so-famous song for you to give it a try.



BoA's "Eve Warning" featuring Super Junior's Shin Dong.

I'm sure you all can guess why I like this song, Lovable Shin Dong is in this song! The song has a summer feel to it, feels like you want to play beach volleyball or sipping that coconut juice! BoA as usual is amazing but Shin Dong made the song more fun! Love the chorus very much. :D



Color Pink (SeeYa, Davichi & Black Pearl) "Blue Moon"

Although it's not listed, Mario is actually featured in the intro. The song is addictive and I love this collaboration compared to "Women Generation". You know how great vocalist always given ballads? I like it but I love it more if they were given pop song! It doesn't always have to be powerful ballads!



Gavy NJ "Lie"

Finally I found this song! I remembered loving this song but I can't remember the title. Similar to "Blue Moon" by Color Pink, this song is a mixture of ballad and Pop. I think I love this song because of the English lyrics, Love is a lie, Love is a dream..



Allen S "Duk"

Amazing.. I love everything except the last part..it killed the song but I can always stop it and replay over and over again.Amazing pictures too! Actually this song was discovered first by my dad, he's like playfully sings the song when I was waiting to watch a drama..and he said the song is actually good! I like it too, AMAZING..In case you're wondering, Allen S is the guy who plays the piano and he's actually Chinese.. I have no idea the two ladies are but they're awesome!

Random Talk : New stuff

I'm still trying to improve to be more professional in this blog so there will be more change.

Right now I have change a little, nothing drastic but do expect more! Here's the lowdown on what I will be changing.

1. E-mail

Done! I have created a new email for this blog and it's

My previous email is full of junk so I thought why not start a new one? plus the previous one is too long to type and remember. Anything related to Kpop, I shall used this one.

2. Twitter

I felt really sorry for my non kpop followers whenever I spammed through their twitter so I decided to create a new one! I'm done with these one too as you can see the Tweety corner is Hallyusurfer. :D

Yes, I've been telling over and over that I hate FB but I can't denied it's power in communication. I will be creating an account soon so do add it when it's ready! For now, I'm still anti FB.

Still in deciding mode because I don't think it's wise for me to create an account just for my blog.. probably will used the current one. Forum is the new corner that I will be adding.

Random talk : Age rank

Age is really important in Korea to determine superiority, it's a rule to called elder person by "Hyung" or "Oppa" and "Unnie" or "Noona". There's two type of Korean way of speaking..formal for elderly and non-formal with friends. Although you're very close with someone older by a year, you are required to use formal unless state you could use informal.. The word "friend" refers to same age.

Random Talk : Mindset changed

Kpop change my life, literally...

If I were to catergorize myself, I would fall in a group of conservative. Yeap, I have an old mind.. =.= but it changed a little thanks to Kpop culture. Here's few of mindset change I've gone through.

1. Lip-Synching

I really have a major issue about not singing LIVE and I would some sort of bash singers that do so. I felt that since singing is their job, lip-synch is a fraud! But I have seen more than once lip-synch performance and I got used to it so it's not biggie for me anymore. There's health reason, there's audio system reason and sometime dancing and singing at the same time is very hard.

2. Plastic Surgery

I don't know if this is authentic, because the before picture looks like Kang Ji Young of Kara! If it is real, I need to know that plastic surgeon! It's a picture of Honey Lee Miss Korea 2006.

I'm not a fan of changes so I do dislike PS. I love natural things and it took me a while before accepting the fact that almost all celebs had gone through the knife. I began to accept PS because I realize that the society is harsh, it must be a pain to received criticism about your looks. We worry about getting old and we like to see ourself as perfect. I sometimes feels like changing my big nostrils.. :P (Thank Goodness I'm broke)

3. Gay

Well, not really... I would still pray that any gay person would turn straight. I'm quite religious so if someone ask me, I'd be honest about it. I just apply "as long as you don't bother me" concept. What I meant by changes is that everytime I saw bromance (Brother+Romance) I would scream Gay! LOL Now I think it's cute.. I think you're only a true Kpop fan when something so gay in the past become "How CUTE!"

Random Talk: 2009 in 31 days!

So what's "2009 in 31 days!" you asked?

Basically it's my personal project for this blog on counting down Kpop biggest event in 2009. 31 days refers to the number of days in the month of December and also represent the number of blogpost you will be reading for December.

I'll be quite busy by December because of exams and projects, so I'll be posting only about the countdown. No news, No updates, Just countdown! It's not going to be easy but I will make it special.

Now it's November, I'll try to post as many blog as I could before the big countdown. 2009 to me is a very dynamic year, I have lots of great stuff happening however bad events are the ones remembered most.

Random Talk : K-Blogz

Random Talk Again, I just feel like writing a long post.

I love reading K-Blog, and I think you know that my favourite site is AllKpop. I love it because it's fast in getting the latest information and I love the writers like Poopiness, Coolsmurf, lilchoiboy, delacroix, johnnydorama...pretty much everyone.

Back in the days, I didn't like AllKpop because it's pervy but they have changed tremedously and their layout is great, I didn't have to read everything..I like to have that choice to not read about certain articles.

Another site I like is Kbites, introduced by my friend. The writer has a similar writing style with coolsmurf which is unbiased. The writings allowed you to have your own opinion. I really want to have that kind of writing style but my blog is about unleashing the obsession!

And I do have sites that I don't like but I do read time to time.. Shenyuepop, it's perhaps the most nasty site! The writers like to bash a lot! I read it sometimes because for occasional laugh but they can go overboard! I think their most sensational post is regarding SNSD Incident.

Seoulbeats, or should I call Elliebeats is OK but there's a lot times it become biased. I like Ellie but she makes the site a lot about herself rather than focusing more on Kpop artist. Sure, she writes creatively but everytime I read an article in Seoulbeats, I don't have to see the writer to know if it's Ellie or not.

I know this is pure coincidence or not, AllKpop loves SMTown, Kbites loves YGFamily and Seoulbeats loves JYP! just some observation!

Spend your time loving not hating..
Comparison isn't always necessary!

It's back!! Have not done a random talk post for a long time.. I notice my writing style have changed..thanks to Twitter, who made me getting used to write below 140 characters!

Nice? Ahahaha..I miss Blogging about life, Once I privated my blog, I didn't post anything. I choose to make it private because of insecurity. It's not easy task to blog about life without worrying what people thought of me.

I don't want to get caught up with misunderstanding, I don't want to explain myself..I believe no one right in an arguement.

This blog is affected too.. I can write nasty stuff but I choose to be those goody-two-shoes. Why, I rather spend time loving than hating.

Random Talk: Korea Fest in Sabah

Okay.. less than a week, I'll be heading to 1Borneo for the "Saranghaeyo Korea Festival".

Uuuuu..i don't know if i could go! why must it be in 1Borneo?

I seriously hope my plan would succeed..btw, 1st step FAILED.

so will i be ranting about "not able to go" *knocks table or will i post those beautiful pictures?
