Jung Ju Ri is a famous comedian and a part of Star Golden Bell Bell line member. While Thunder (aka CheonDung), real name Park Sang Hyun is a member of newbie group, MBLAQ!

In an episode of MBLAQ's Art of Seduction, CheonDung revealed that he admired JungJuRi charms. CheonDung was given a mission to bring JungJooRi to a fan meeting and *ROFL JungJuRi reaction was soooo FUNNY!



Onew fans might also know her because she is Onew Bigggest fan! Initially I didn't really like her in SGB because she come across as annoying but after a while, I start to understand her humor so she's really funny!



Another additional information, CheonDung is 2NE1 Sandara Park younger brother! Currently CheonDung got infected with H1N1, hopefully he's getting better!

Kdrama Review : Iris

This drama is shown in KBS World and why would I miss watching this? Personally I'm not a fan of action movie but that doesn't mean I don't expect anything!

Currently I've been reading about good reviews and with amazing cast, no doubt I'm having high hopes about this drama. I have watched 1st 2 episode already and it's good!

It's my 1st time seeing Lee Byung Hun in action and he's really charismatic! His English is good, no surprise since he did act in a hollywood movie "G.I. Joe" remember? His interaction with one of my favourite faces, Kim TaeHee is really sweet.

I'm not up for the action but rather the story behind Lee Byung Hun character..I like mystery plot and I'm glad I have something to look forward to beside relationship. Like most Kdrama, you know who's going to end up with who just by looking at the cast and Iris is no different.

Who should watch it?

Big Bang fan!! T.O.P. is in it! He looks really good in acting! Don't forget to watch it V.I.P.!

Because of You

I'm not a big fan of After School but I may just be right now! The performance at Music Bank was really nice although I'm not exactly loving the outfits.

It's not that I didn't like After School, because I did like "Ah" and "Diva"! I even like "Dream Girl"! I just got occupied with other female groups like SNSD, Kara and 4Minute or maybe I was jealous of leader Park Ga Hee for being YooChun's ex-gf! LOL

I was a little sad when smiley SooYoung left the building and a little mad when they add another two new members. I almost didn't want to check out the single "Because of You". I did anyway and loving it! Watching the performance, looks like newbie Raina had more lines! So glad UEE did not!

JungAh look really weird with short hair and Beckha my favourite member don't look good with blonde. Gahee is great..looking good everytime! Nana..nana who? she along with UEE and Juyeon didn't really had much parts.

Overall it's nice song but they need to work on balancing the new line-up. Don't learn it from 2PM, learn it from SNSD. SNSD is really clever with each members lines, you will notice everyone parts!

5 members on One stage

I'm tearing as I watched this video, I didn't know I miss DongBang Boys so much!
They look really good, I love their hairstyle and outfits!

Congratulation to Tohoshinki and Big Bang for winning the Gold Artist Award! It's the first for 5-month rookies, and second for Tohoshinki. Hallyu is spreading it's border in Japan!

We may not see DongBangShinKi in action but looks like we will with Tohoshinki! Hopefully they will be together for the year-end Kohaku!

Super Junior KiBum. I was watching old SuJu vids and realize how much I miss him.

SeoTaiJi (aka SeoTaiJi & Boys)

Dubbed as the creator of Kpop, SeoTaiJi is a familiar name for sure. SeoTaiJi is currently doing solo career as a rock singer. As for me, I known him as SeoTaiJi & Boys because his "boys" were Lee Juno(former member SGB Bell Line) and the oh-so-famous YG, Yang Hyeon Seok.

H.O.T (High-five Of Teenagers)

Their impact is huge not only in Korea but in China as well at the height of the career. I am only a kpop fan during 2006, which is way over their disband but I can still feel the effects of H.O.T. right now. Basically what I know is JTL ever won MTV Asia Award for Best Korean Artiste, Moon HeeJun as a soloist performing Krock and was heavily bashed in the beginning. KangTa the only one stood by SM,(if not mistaken, just like BoA..He owns some of SM shares) is currently doing military service.

ShinHwa

Probably is the longest still together group, Shinhwa is famous no doubt! I remember watching their MV and Eric in Dramas..yes, I used to love Eric! ahaha but now it's Dongwan. Currently only left Minwoo, Andy and Hyesung are not in Military.. Hyesung won't be going because he had injuries but his recent news was a scandal regarding gambling (crime in Korea). They are from SM but manage to get away more lucky than DBSK. They didn't renew contract and sign into a new company, SM tried to sued them from using "ShinHwa" but Shinhwa won. Shinhwa brotherly love is amazing and I'm sure every Shinhwa Changjo(Fanclub) agrees with me

=.= What?? on red carpet..? Unique maybe, but I would still prefer red carpet as a walkway not a stage.

Leader DooJoon isn't with the group due personal matters. (aww, I miss him already!) JunHyung looking good! He should have that hairstyle more often. The dance formation seems new..not something I'm familiar with. Of course like any other Big Bang fan, I'm so excited about this performance particularly because of HyunSeung! He did awesome and seen smiling through out the performance!

Sunday of CSJH was on Music Bank and I watched her LIVE!! She was amazing as usual! Feels a little weird to see her but I definitely would welcome her back! H-eugene was great too, but as I said before..not digging the HipHop scene too much.

Random Talk : Mindset changed

Kpop change my life, literally...

If I were to catergorize myself, I would fall in a group of conservative. Yeap, I have an old mind.. =.= but it changed a little thanks to Kpop culture. Here's few of mindset change I've gone through.

1. Lip-Synching

I really have a major issue about not singing LIVE and I would some sort of bash singers that do so. I felt that since singing is their job, lip-synch is a fraud! But I have seen more than once lip-synch performance and I got used to it so it's not biggie for me anymore. There's health reason, there's audio system reason and sometime dancing and singing at the same time is very hard.

2. Plastic Surgery

I don't know if this is authentic, because the before picture looks like Kang Ji Young of Kara! If it is real, I need to know that plastic surgeon! It's a picture of Honey Lee Miss Korea 2006.

I'm not a fan of changes so I do dislike PS. I love natural things and it took me a while before accepting the fact that almost all celebs had gone through the knife. I began to accept PS because I realize that the society is harsh, it must be a pain to received criticism about your looks. We worry about getting old and we like to see ourself as perfect. I sometimes feels like changing my big nostrils.. :P (Thank Goodness I'm broke)

3. Gay

Well, not really... I would still pray that any gay person would turn straight. I'm quite religious so if someone ask me, I'd be honest about it. I just apply "as long as you don't bother me" concept. What I meant by changes is that everytime I saw bromance (Brother+Romance) I would scream Gay! LOL Now I think it's cute.. I think you're only a true Kpop fan when something so gay in the past become "How CUTE!"

There's a lot of good shows in past, now no more but definitely shows that I would like to see again!

Kim Jong Kook vs Lee Min Ki on Dangyunhaji


Dangyunhaji means "of course". Xman is one of the best variety shows and created a lot of "couple". just type in "dangyunhaji" in YT, you'll have a lot of entertaining videos to watch!

ShinDong on Happy Shares Company



This show makes star used about 10 won for a week and they have to win games in order not to starved. It's an exciting show showcase celebrity ability to save up and earn money.

Super Junior dances on Heroin 6


This shows enables the fans to see how would celeb serenades the Heroin 6. It's fun to watch because you really got to see the celebs charm. Occassionally you can see performers dance their way of charms.

Cheon Sang Ji Hee The Grace

Although their official name supposed to be simply "The Grace", most fans prefer calling them "Cheon Sang Ji Hee". They are frequently dubbed as the female version of Dong Bang Shin Ki because of their similarity.

According to KBS2TV's Music Bank website, Sunday of CSJH is listed on the performers lists for this week's show. She is set to feature for hip-hip artist H-Eugene's performance, pitching in her vocals.

H-Eugene on the 18th said, "'Love Alarm' was a song originally recorded by Nora Eights. I'm pretty good friends with Sunday and when I asked her to feature for me, she readily accepted."

I'm happy to know CSJH news because it's about time! Stephanie is down with hip pain so no news lately about the girls except Lina becomes a CEO.

I hope Stephanie gets better, CSJH should be showing the current girl groups how it should be done! Plus, I really need my dose of SMLove, SHINee recently does a stage with f(x) and it's calling for more LOVE!

A DBSK Update

Although YooChun, JaeJoong and JunSu isn't on the same page with ChangMin and YunHo, the future of Tohoshinki will remain the same as plan with comebacks on 2010.

After Yunho completed Heading to the Ground drama, it's time for JaeJoong to head in the acting scene with Heaven's Postman.

JaeJoong recently attended the Press Conference to unveil the movie.

This movie will starred by JaeJoong and Han Hyo Joo (Shining Inheritance). The theatrical release date for this telecinema project is scheduled to be November 11th. It's also projected to air on SBS some time in 2010.

Henry speaks English!! Amber and Krystal Speaks English!! I'm used to Jessica and Tiffany speaking English, but it's nice to hear them! I think f(x) is the best promoter..SHINee being the worst.. well, no one know English in SHINee.

Looking at the title you might think I was mentioning about SM,YG and JYP right? Nope, I'm talking about the other three.. KBS, SBS and MBC. This post is about the three big broadcasting channels in Korea.

More accurate infos, just google their website! :P (All three station does have English website) I'll be just talking candidly.

KBS (Korean Banning Broadcasting System)

I watch this channel most out of three stations because I have KBS World at home. Popular shows includes Entertainment Relay, Star Golden Bell, 1d2n and Happy Together. This station is famous for banning Music artist, most recent being Beast's "Yet". Banning is quite common with this station because it has government ties, so no overly sexy MV or misleading songs to appear in this channel. KBS has two top drama this year which is Iris and Boys Over Flowers.

SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System)

One of the most controvesial Broadcasting station on 2008 because of various issues (Dream Concert 2008). Popular shows like Star King, Family Outing, and latest Strong Heart. Most popular drama would be Shining Inheritance.

MBC (MunHwa Broadcasting Corporation)

Popular for once massive show We got Married and Infinity challeges. MBC is not doing really well this year, with lots of variety show being axed for poor ratings and dramas cut down.

I just found out recently. Yoseob is the farthest right so probably that's why I didn't notice him. I love this song very very much I can't believe Yoseob is in the BG!

I wasn't really expecting much because I'm not a big fan of Hiphop but I love the music, especially the intro! And this may seem like an obsessive fan comment but the main lady isn't as pretty as the one in "Look at me" MV! and ooooooh they kiss! >_< my eyes! WHY!!!!!!

A little out of topic, the dance break scene one of Taeyang outfit reminds me of sumazau (Kadazan dance) because the outfit look like he wore the skraf for you to dance..LOL

GD's A Boy MV

I actually like this MV. I like he added his old video of himself in this MV, proves he isn't afraid to show his childhood picture like many Kpop artiste. The song, it was ok..but nothing makes me like it too much. GD is really creative and I like he's pushing his limits.

My stand is to boycott.

Jay didn't made an appearance regarding the comebacks and I will believe that if I support 6 member group..it means betrayal.

sounds stupid? It's just the way I am.

I don't want to believe in rumours, I need to see my own eyes that Jay say he wants us to support the group without him.

I will keep on waiting until it's 2.00PM!

I can't even go through the whole performance. I just skipped.

Khottest decide to boycott buying the album and I'm all for it. Since I already can't buy them, I'll just not listen or watch.

I just read about the comments posted by international fans claiming the idea is stupid or doesn't make sense. It makes a lot of sense to me! I know what they mean but I realize my feelings just can't.

Let me tell you what I feel, I don't understand why can't they wait for Jay before making a comeback. It makes me think that this is about the money because no album, no work means no money! JYP does not only have 2PM under them, there's Joo and 2AM why not make them have a comeback?

If you're worried about the rest of 2PM out of job, they can do featurings or take time to study. Why must you work them now? I just keep thinking about the money. Unity is very crucial for groups.. I can't enjoy seeing someone absence.

Why should I support 6 members? I have no reason for myself.

Don't keep on saying on behalf of Jay, you have not meet him or spoke to him! You don't know how he really felt and neither do I.

I have more reason to NOT support.

If 6 members are successful there might be a possibility that they won't care about Jay's return. Jay presence won't be significant if they're doing fine. I don't want to see that coming!

I wish I was never a 2PM fan but I can't escaped.

So what's "2009 in 31 days!" you asked?

Basically it's my personal project for this blog on counting down Kpop biggest event in 2009. 31 days refers to the number of days in the month of December and also represent the number of blogpost you will be reading for December.

I'll be quite busy by December because of exams and projects, so I'll be posting only about the countdown. No news, No updates, Just countdown! It's not going to be easy but I will make it special.

Man Man Ha Ni - U-Kiss

I've been a U-Kiss fan since their debut single "Not Young". It's so confusing eveytime they made a comeback. First comeback was retro-ish, and now it's rock-ish!

It's been too much changes for me to handle, image changes and a new member. If you're a new fan or faithful fan, you're probably okay. I'm not okay with this new image! I remember watching limited videos on them..searching and searching for more infos about them. I thought I knew about their personality, I guess I was wrong!

Supposedly they're Hot now, it's hard for me to imagine.

I believe this might be the first time ever that this happen!

Yesung of Super Junior helps out Jonghyun (who is unfortunately down with Influenza A H1N1) for SHINee's Ring Ding Dong performance on Music Bank.



Yesung did Ok, although it does feels weird without JongHyun smooth vocals. I love how Yesung applied the HeeChul technique of appearing and dissapearing! I think Yesung might be busy so he only knows some of the dance.

In case you have not known about it yet, JongHyun is sick with Influenza A H1N1. For tomorrow's(6th Nov) Music Bank, Yesung will perform Jonghyun's part, LIVE!

I'm excited for the SMLove but I think they shouldn't do anything until JongHyun feels better! Yesung has strong vocals like JongHyun but it's going to be very weird I think!

Just a LOL moment, I thought JongHyun should be replace either Amber or DongHae..at least you can see familiar faces on stage! But then again, JongHyun is sporting a similar hairstyle with Yesung! (refer to the picture) How irony, both of them in one picture..

4Minute & Beast spend 2 days and 1 night trip with the handicapped in the midst of cold wave. Under the guidance of a special instructor, 4minute and BEAST worked with the physically handicapped and used leaves and watercolors for ‘making t-shirts out of leaves,’ ‘recreation,’ and other activities in order to convey the meaning of “sharing love.” They even spent time pushing wheelchairs up the forest park’s path.

I love love this song, am not going to tell you why because it's a spoiler if you didn't watch the drama. She doesn't have a really strong vocals but it's not bad. I still think she's a girl..she can't convice me as a guy. she's too feminine!

I have not heard this, (yeah, I know..) but I have other things to do you know!

Well, back to the topic..I like the song! I like music box melody and the RnB feel of the song. It's really different from their debut single but it's nice to hear a different sound from them.

BEAST stands for Boys of EAst Standing Tall, probably wants to show that they are versatile but as Beast as in a real Beast, the image doesn't match the song.

Bonus point is the English does make sense! At least I think it's like that.. And unlike Bad Girl, you can hear harmonization! It's nice to hear them singing as a group.

Random Talk : K-Blogz

Random Talk Again, I just feel like writing a long post.

I love reading K-Blog, and I think you know that my favourite site is AllKpop. I love it because it's fast in getting the latest information and I love the writers like Poopiness, Coolsmurf, lilchoiboy, delacroix, johnnydorama...pretty much everyone.

Back in the days, I didn't like AllKpop because it's pervy but they have changed tremedously and their layout is great, I didn't have to read everything..I like to have that choice to not read about certain articles.

Another site I like is Kbites, introduced by my friend. The writer has a similar writing style with coolsmurf which is unbiased. The writings allowed you to have your own opinion. I really want to have that kind of writing style but my blog is about unleashing the obsession!

And I do have sites that I don't like but I do read time to time.. Shenyuepop, it's perhaps the most nasty site! The writers like to bash a lot! I read it sometimes because for occasional laugh but they can go overboard! I think their most sensational post is regarding SNSD Incident.

Seoulbeats, or should I call Elliebeats is OK but there's a lot times it become biased. I like Ellie but she makes the site a lot about herself rather than focusing more on Kpop artist. Sure, she writes creatively but everytime I read an article in Seoulbeats, I don't have to see the writer to know if it's Ellie or not.

I know this is pure coincidence or not, AllKpop loves SMTown, Kbites loves YGFamily and Seoulbeats loves JYP! just some observation!

My personal note to all K-bloggers out there,

Spend your time loving not hating..
Comparison isn't always necessary!

Yeah! Nice vocal with super fast but smooth rap together! K.will will released a single called "Hypnosis" featuring Outsider!

I like what I'm hearing in the teaser and I can't wait for the whole song to release. Anything with Outsider I'm going to listen because I just like his addicting raps. Unfortunately I can't rap like him..it's really fast!

K.will is doing good, I hope he remains in the ballad genre because it's his strength! He does have potential in rap but I like him the way he is now. A lot of solo singer tried to go other genre but I don't think it's good. Ballad has potential, it will never get bored like Pop songs.

Oh I like this.. Totally didn't expect to like this because the title was so random!

It mixes between rock and electronica. Not like HAM T.T Dance which is totally weird but this mix is nice! I can't wait for the video to be released!

On the recent Golden Fishery with JYP and the Wonder Girls, WG mention about their wishes to stop singing Nobody! Yeah, finally! I can't bear to hear it in any version anymore!

The song is really cathcy from the beginning but after 2 months..no new version can make me like it anymore! When it was release in English version, I just listen it once and said enough is enough!

Sorry JYP, it really doesn't help to listen with a song that have the word "Nobody" repeated for 64 times!

The four stage

Mnet, KBS, MBC and SBS have their own music shows and here is my review about each show. I'll be talking about the performance not the whole show, and since my current obsession is Beast, it's Beast performance all the way! :P

Mnet Mcountdown starts first on Thursday.



Blue blue blue... It seem Mcountdown likes blue lighting so much.. I love the dance break lighting. The camera shoots are alternating between group shots and single shots which is not really creative. The stage is a little too simple

KBS Music Bank on Friday



I like the effort of making the stage nicer but sometimes it's not working. The lighting here is okay..not irritating to the eye and suitable. The camera angle here is very good. There's shot from top and bottom, and my only complain is the single shot is so fast..!


MBC Music Core on Saturday



I like the single shot here because the performer are looking straight to the camera. I didn't like that sometimes the camera angle is weird and occasionally the camera doesn't capture the person singing on group shots. The lighting isn't necessary..it's doesn't do much to the performers. I don't really like the Sound system here.

Everything is pretty much ok, stage is simple.. But sometimes the performers look sweaty! Camera transition is just a little too fast. It's a good stage.

We five members of DBSK signed the same contract with the same clauses for the past five years, and have worked together under same conditions with utmost trust in the company, each other and our dreams. We intend to share our dream and future with the company and keep the promises we made in the contract. DBSK was made by SME and we intend to work as DBSK with SME.

No other company can create DBSK, as only SME can provide the best production and management team available. The three members should know better than anyone else that SME is the one who knows DBSK the best and made us the best. We intend to keep trust and promise and thus intend to stay with SME. DBSK's grand future will be with SME. We believe that our Korean promotion, planned for next spring, should be prepared at least six months in advance before our future as one DBSK becomes unclear. If the other three members truly want to stay as one DBSK, they must make a decision before it's too late.

Despite the recent case ruling in favour of YooChun,JaeJoong and Junsu, this battle isn't over and it seem it has only just begun.

I'm very confuse now, who should I believe? Why is entertainment turning into a politic matter? This is very depressing! If you look at my profile picture, you know I am a fan of DBSK and they are one of the reason I'm so loving Kpop.

Those statement above is making me sad..nothing hurts me more than knowing the group members are not on the same page.. After all this time, have you guys been pretending? Pretending to like each other..and teach me the meaning of team spirit? you got me, I was fooled all along!

Yes, I might be wrong.. but why does your company seem to be more important than each other? Why can't you be like Shinhwa?? Now I don't care if you're not going to be as succesful as Shinhwa when you leave SM..I care about Dong Bang Shin Ki, the Dong Bang Shin Ki I know.. The Dong Bang Shin Ki that wants to be together forever!

I felt betrayed. I'm beginning to think that the rumour was true (read here) Please, don't betray your fans..Please make me wrong, wrong of thinking such ways..I'm sad

Okay, Now the parents are involve? What???? This is going out of hands? Bloody..(sorry had to let at least one out) There are grown ups! the are legally adults, no longer a minor and the parents are involved? I don't recalled them having a psychology disfunction, (remember Britney?)

Mr. Chung, the father of Yunho, stated:

The two members who did not involve themselves in this legal dispute are the real victims here. They suffered from financial loss, psychological suffering and most importantly they lost their reputation. Who is to compensate them for their losses? I intend to ask the three members this: Whatever the reason, why do you intend to cause such great controversy and drive DBSK, an international brand name, into a break-up? Do you care at all about the other two members and their suffering?

The beauty product business wasn't something that was supervised by SME. On top of that, the beauty product company itself wasn't very trustworthy. When it was started, I felt that DBSK's reputation could potentially suffer from involvement with that company and advised my son of the issue. He shared my concerns as well, and that is why he did not involve himself in the business. SME later asked the three members to withdraw from the business but their parents resisted unreasonably. Mr. Shim (Changmin's father) and I tried to convince them as well but they simply refused to change their minds. I later learned that the three members took up legal actions against SME without consulting me nor Mr. Shim. DBSK is not owned by those three members only. They ignored not only the controversy that would rise but also the rights of other two members.


Mr. Shim, father of Changmin, stated:

Simply put, the other three members took legal actions against SM because of the beauty product business matter and other reasons which involve their financial gains. What they claim as their reasons, reasons such as unfair contract and unclear profit division are merely excuses to hide the true reason behind their actions. After the three members started the beauty product business, one of the parents called me and told me shenanigans like "This business can be worth millions or even billions in the future. When we tell the media that DBSK has started a business, share price of our company will hit the roof - we will tell you in advance so you can profit from the information."

Three members claim that the contract is unfair and calculations are unclear, but my son and I have read over the contract with SM clearly and agreed to all clauses, from the very first contract through all five revisions that have been made. For every income my son has received I reviewed all of the the numbers. I feel sorry for the three members and their parents as they must know of the truth but they continue to make false claims."

That statement make me doubt even more. DBSK is probably never in good terms with each other. who cares about controversy? it always fades..rekindled only when times are bad and now you believe they're going to break up?

Just shut up already, go back and pretend like this never happen is your best solution.. keeping it quiet and this matter will solve through time..Why do you have to speak up? Go to court.. and make it private..I just want to remember Dong Bang Shin Ki I love..Not because of this incidence!

Kdrama Review: You're Beautiful

I always like tomboy character so I knew I must watch this!

This story is about an idol group called A.N.Jell which consist of Leader and Vocalist TaeKyung, Guitarist ShinWoo, Drummer Jeremy and Sub vocalist MiNam. Minam is actually a girl who helping her twin brother who undergoes some surgery. Guess who will find out "Minam"'s real gender first?

This is so Hana Kimi! I am so inlove with this drama that I have finished up to episode 8 in two days.. now I have to wait for the next..Can't wait!

Park Shin Hye(MiNam) is really a girl in my eyes.. she didn't even try to fake the voice! but it's ok.. I don't want to turn lesbian..LOL I love her innocent character and she's really is beautiful! I mean, refering to Taiwan's Hana Kimi.. Ella looks like a drag when she becomes a girl! OMO!!! Memories..LOL

Geunseuk(TaeKyung), He's a good actor but I feel like he overacts..it's ok though..I mean there are people like that right? Just don't agree with the clean freak part because it seem not matching..and Night blindess? Omg, this guy is trouble!

YeongHwa (ShinWoo) is definitely my favourite! he's a smart and really thoughtful. Too bad he is too good for himself..oh well, at least in my dreams, he's MINE..LOL

HongKi(Jeremy) The funny guy and just like in Hana Kimi..he will be like Jiro! SOOOOO CUTE! Opps, sorry I give some spoilers already! It's weird not seeing him as the lead singer..He had the nicest blonde I've seen with Korean guys!
